Dr. Hipsley is the founder of iAware Inc, a non-for-profit organization established for the promotion of awareness of age-related ocular disease. Dr. Hipsley was also one of the cofounders of the International Presbyopia Society. Dr. Hipsley previously owned and operated 5 Sports Medicine clinics and functioned as a clinician, entrepreneur and vigorous research speaker in aging of connective tissues and biomechanics before her entrance into vision sciences. Dr. Hipsley has been an entrepreneur for over 24 years is also the founder & CEO of Ace Vision Group, Inc a medical device company innovating ophthalmic therapeutic technologies for the aging eye.
